Please check the calendar first to make sure the dates you want are available. Then, complete the following form. You will automatically receive an e-mail of the form data at the e-mail address you list, however you can print a copy of the form if you wish.
For the deposit, you can go to the Rates page and pay through PayPal. Or, we can send you an invoice by e-mail, which you may pay:
Your reservation is NOT confirmed and completed UNTIL the reservation/ damage/ cleaning deposit is received. Your deposit must be received within up to 7 days of the reservation request. If deposit is not received with the reservation, we will notify you by e-mail of the due date for the deposit.
If we do not receive your deposit within the specified time frame, your reservation will automatically be dropped without any further notifications or reminders.
We recommend you send your deposit with your reservation, if we are unable to honor your reservation we immediately refund the deposit through PayPal.
After receiving your deposit, we will then send you another e-mail to confirm your reservation and provide you with a link to maps and directions to the Enchanted Hideaway or Hideaway Lodge and an online version of our Guest Guide listing local services and activities.
Your reservation form is the basis for our charges and the agreement for your stay.
We will also send you a PayPal invoice several days prior to your stay. Payment for your stay is required by the time you arrive. You may pay through PayPal, by sending a check, or at the time of arrival.
Note: the Reservation Form will not currently accept a number greater than 9 for the length of stay. If you wish to stay for 10 or more days, please just enter a 9 in that field until I can get the darned thing working the way it is supposed to.
